These terms cover access to The Mars Project game, this website and related services. Creating an account means accepting them.

1. Account
An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account.
An account may be suspended, temporarily or permanently, if these terms are breached. The game is in early access: game data may be reset during test phases.
2. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, posting unlawful content, and using third-party software that modifies the client or automates play are all prohibited.
Deliberately exploiting a defect rather than reporting it is treated as a breach.
3. Content
Messages posted in game express their author’s views. We may remove any content that breaches these terms or the law.
Game assets (code, art, text, characters) remain the property of RedHome Studio, except for the third-party public data credited on this site.
4. Availability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates are to be expected.
